  1. Commuting - Selle Italia Flite Gel Flow Saddle Black. Great for everyday use.
Road bike - 4ZR which is fine for rides up to say 120km. Anything over must remember to add cream.

  2. Selle Italia Gel Flow, split down the middle on the Cannondale.
Selle Italia Race on the Specialized.
Never needed the cream on either, for any distance.

  3. Footnote to above. Have used Assos Bibs for the past couple of years. They are miles better then anything else I have tried.

  4. Radar what happened to you on sunday, did you climb up the hill or just ride to the overpass?

  5. Morning Skywalker, as I mentioned, I had another guy with me, I waited for him on top of the hill and then rode to the base of the 1 in 20 and then turned around. Had to be home by 9.30. Was nice to see you all even if it was brief.

  6. I think that's referred to as the "withdrawal" method. Works if you don't want babies but that's all it's good for, radar.

I currently reinstalled that pieace of crap italian thing called the FIZIK arione (broke my slr (135g). can't wait to get back on the slr range. will be purchasing a slr flow (not the gel) which is close to kit carbonio flow without carbon rails and the extra $75.
MTB have an old slr (135g) and the other has some Ritchey thing I think (untested on long ride).
uk bike sites are 66% cheaper for saddles than the sydney bike stores i visited yesterday.
