  4. What's the Gizmo. I need to maintain my platinum status on Wiggle. I now buy the family's running shoes there also BTW.

Excellent call on the Monthly adventure. My program has been fucked of late with new work, illness and Nicki's dilema's. Otherwise winter would not have been so drastic.
I think Kew Blvd is actually twice per week.

Early spring should be a MTB at one of the official courses as called by Basso. Loads of fun.

  6. Your right TM, KB is twice per week.
MTB sounds like a great idea.
I purchased a new gizmo a coulpe of months ago. The Garmin 500. Good fun, not to sure what for though. See below for the race I did at Lysterfield with it. You can actually graph various things against each other. ie. speed v altitude, speed v HR etc etc

  8. Loving it. Two thumbs up. You can race yourslelf by the virtual partner. It does loose track sometimes but that is when i am on the MTB going on single tracks. On the road bike I have it with a cadence and wheel magnet. Have not used the virtual partner on the road, only in normal mode.
It will display a whole range of things. One thing I can't work out is to get the gradient after I have done the ride? It will display it at the time but I can't find it latter. Have a look at the Lysterfield race I did, go into the player mode where you can see a large graph on the top. Then play it. Can overlay different maps, ie Satellite etc.
    In short. Yes.
We got two from the Highly Tuned Athlete.
