Have gone from the flu to gastro within a week, tempted by Friday am but note forecast is 45+km headwinds on the bay, could be riding backwards for half an hour! Went for a ride to Kinglake at the weekend, apart from getting rained on noted that post France fitness levels are now at "fuck...am i going to make it back home" levels. Degani Kinglake ride looking like a fiasco at this point. Thinking of selling bikes and using money for a Lawn Bowls training course!
Feel like I'mreturning from knee reconstruction it's been that long. Virus is finally beat after 5 day dose of antibiotics.

Friday will meet at 5:45 sharp at Nth road and beach for pleasant mordi run.
