Now that I have a truly light bike I am not sure of the need for a 5kg one. Some weight stops the wind pushing you of course, or bouncing around on rough surfaces. Am I right in saying that those Lightweights have fixed (ie no adjustable) spokes?
Regarded by most as the best wheels. Often used with the old sponsor decal trick. They're most expensive too...expect top of the line at $6k online. They partner Assos in something which is like B&O partnering Audi. I'm pretty sure carbon rims don't go out of true if that's what youre getting at. Looks like superrecord deraileur and levers but calipers and chainset is different.

ReplyDeleteApart from that, its looks fucking great!
You are correct about the spokes. No adjustment on them what so ever. Not sure how it works but from all reports an amazing set of wheels.
ReplyDeleteYes a case of less says more!
