Yes, the Manx flyer got a real road rash thrashing yeaterday...I know...its hard to stop laughing.Its not a very interesting race though, can't even remember if a breakaway has every succeeded...
Thats a good point. This won't be the year for the breakaway either with so many sprinters in the field.
I now concede it's a dull news spectacle as a sprinters tour and a penultimate climb that's shorter than my hall way. BUT it's a greater spectator's event...we just don't all get organised over there.
The breakaway stayed away!
I know..as soon as I mentioned it. Conclusive proof that 9 out of ten pro-riders, who expressed a preference, read BBTT!! and then act on it.
